FitFlow provides gym management software including but not limited to membership management, class scheduling, check-in tracking, invoicing, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service

6. Intellectual Property
